The spiritual masters say that even the highest teachings are useless if practiced with a distracted mind while modern day studies attest to the benefits of meditation for relaxation, creativity and happiness.

Learn how to achieve a balance of ease, clarity, and vividness to reap the benefits of shamatha quickly.

Wherever you are on the spectrum as a meditator, this series will give you an accessible, practical and fun way to hone your meditation skills.

Drop-ins and all-levels are welcome.

This course will be led by various Three Jewels meditation instructors.
